Message From The Owner, Maureen Coleman:

We have a family business and therefore do not have the large overhead that most meeting planning companies maintain and do not require the benefit package that most staff personnel require. For that reason, our rates are quite reasonable for the level of experience provided. I have over 20 years of meeting and event planning experience and have an associate with over 4 years of meeting planning, sales, marketing/advertising, social media, and technology integration experience. If our experience and job skills are something that would interest you, I would be very interested in speaking to you.

My degree is in Accounting which gave me a very unique segway into the meeting planning arena, and a strong financial foundation as a Meeting Planner. We currently work with three groups with very different programs. Attendances for their annual events are 100, 700 and 5,000+. One group has a strong social and entertainment based program and the other two have very intense education programs. I have a long history with all three groups and would be happy to provide references if requested. My services include budgeting, site selection, contract negotiation, room assignments, speaker logistics, travel, housing management, trade show management, registration, audio visual needs, signage, and overall meeting management.
